The Town of Hillsborough studied its parking supply and the demand for parking in its downtown area and West Hillsborough to address existing conditions and future needs. The Town of Hillsborough Board of Commissioners adopted the study on September 8, 2025. The adopted plan can be viewed here. This study was programmed in Triangle West TPO’s FY25 Unified Planning Work Program.
